IQC
Active control, move quality control forward, find quality problems at the forefront, reduce quality costs, achieve effective control, and assist suppliers to improve internal quality control level.
IPQC
Process tour inspection, in the product manufacturing process, the use of tour of the way to regularly check and confirm the process parameters, job changes, the use of standards, etc. meet the requirements, and record the detection status, to the necessary control and supervision.
FQC
Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and company standards, and ensure product reliability and stability.
OQC
Inspection before shipment to ensure that the shipped product meets the customer's quality requirements.
IQC Inspection
The quality confirmation and verification of the raw materials, components or products purchased, that is, the products are inspected by sampling when the suppliers send the raw materials or components, and finally make a judgment on whether the batch of products is received or returned.
IPQC Inspection
According to the daily production plan, in accordance with the inspection standards, strict inspection of the production of the first piece, the last piece, inspection of products.
FQC Inspection
Only products that have passed the inspection can be released into storage. Inspection results are sometimes provided to the customer upon request.
OQC Inspection
Only products that have passed the inspection can be released for shipment. Shipment inspection is generally carried out on a sampling basis, and records of shipment inspection results are sometimes provided to customers according to their requirements.
CCD optical screening
Place the parts to be tested in the vibration plate, feed the whole column through the automatic feeding vibration plate, enter the detection glass plate surface, collect the appearance and size of the parts through CCD image, and then through the high-speed operation of the industrial computer, the good/bad products can be fully and effectively classified and discharged.
LAB
1. Verification of the relevant functionality by simulating the application of the product in the client and under real working conditions to ensure that the product meets the final customer requirements
2. Check whether various raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products meet specific technical standards and specifications through tools, instruments or other analytical methods.
