HNM guidelines and policies

Quality Policy:

Quality is designed, and all employees conduct independent quality control

HSF policy:

Achieve products that meet the environmental management material requirements of customers and relevant laws and regulations

Labor ethics policy:

Comply with labor/ethical regulations and codes, and meet customer and social needs

Continuously improve, exceed RBA guidelines, and pursue a harmonious operating environment

Occupational Health and Safety Policy:

Compliance with regulations, pollution prevention, energy conservation, continuous improvement, labor safety

Environmental policy:

Continuous improvement of pollution prevention; resource conservation, production and waste reduction

Product activities comply with regulations; establish review target guidelines

Internally communicated and externally disclosed; environmentally friendly products meet customer requirements

RBA policy:

Environmental protection and conservation, safety and law compliance, health and hygiene, respect for employees, continuous improvement, and sustainable management

Working hours policy:

Weekly working hours shall not exceed 60 hours; at least one day off every 7 days

No Conflict Minerals Policy:

Suppliers should commit themselves to a detailed investigation of the supply chain to ensure that conflict metals (gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn)) are not used in raw materials, finished products, and semi-finished products shipped to Hamaka Motogawa. , cobalt (Co), mica (MICA)).​   

Description of conflict metals: Metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn), cobalt (Co), and mica (MICA) are not produced by the Democratic Republic of the Congo through anarchy or illegal groups. Minerals in conflict areas are mined or obtained through illegal smuggling. In addition, the following areas are considered high-risk: Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.
